How it works

Plan once. The board does the day.

  1. Put in your week's lessons. Type them straight into the board's Lessons pane — or import from the lesson-plan spreadsheet you already keep.
  2. The board follows the bells. As each class block begins, that class's agenda and Do Now are already up — automatically loaded before students walk in.
  3. It follows you, too. Sign in once on any computer and your whole board comes with you. Change tomorrow's plan from home; the classroom display is already updated.

BoardPlanner started as one teacher's board to gain back those few precious minutes in between classes. Focus on prepping your room or getting that prized bathroom break — not changing your board. It treats your projector like what it is: the most-read display in the building.
